Beth has the goal of exploring the mind/body connection of the healing process, helping her clients find fulfilling intimacy and working through narratives of disempowerment.

Beth’s has 12 years of experience working in the growth and mindfulness field as a yoga teacher and now as marriage and family therapy intern. Prior to this, she graduated with a bachelor’s degree in social science education and taught high school history.

Beth is enrolled in Master’s of Marriage and Family Therapy at National University. Her emphasis is sex therapy with the goal of exploring the mind/body connection of the healing process, helping her clients find fulfilling intimacy and working through narratives of disempowerment. Through her different careers as a high school teacher, yoga instructor and therapist she is constantly impressed by her clients’ and students’ strength, courage and resiliency.

In her spare time, Beth enjoys fresh mountain air, reading, dark chocolate and spending time with her husband and kids.

As an intern, Beth practices under the supervision of Charity Hotton, LMFT.
