Charity has worked with teens, couples, and families for over 20 years!

Do you sometimes look at the people you love, your spouse, your children and wonder how you can love them so much and yet feel so disconnected from them? You try and try to make things better between you, but everything you do just leaves you feeling hopeless and defeated. Situations like these are all too common, but they don’t have to last forever. You can feel whole and connected to others. Becoming who you want to be and having the life you want and deserve is not only possible, it is yours for the taking, whether you come on your own or with those you love.

Charity has worked with teens, couples, and families for over 20 years, helping them to overcome trauma, disconnection, adoption issues, high conflict, and life transition challenges. She strives to partner with you to create a therapy environment that is safe, accepting, and empowering. Charity uses EMDR, Narrative, EFT, DBT, ACT, and Gottman in her approach to therapy. These things may mean nothing to you … what’s important to know is that you are not alone and there is someone to walk with you and truly hear you. As Brené Brown says, “Imperfections are not inadequacies; they are reminders that we’re all in this together.”

As an associate, Charity participates in supervision with Dr. Branden Henline who can be reached at (928) 830-8501 or branden@sagefc.com.

If you’re ready to claim the life you deserve, I would love to help you become who you were meant to be. Please call me if you have questions or to schedule an appointment.
