Jessica Gilliland is a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (LAMFT). She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Brigham Young University in 2011, and a Master of Science degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Brigham Young University in 2016.

Jessica specializes in working with clients with eating and body image concerns, including eating disorders, disordered eating, chronic dieting, compulsive exercise, and body image issues. She is passionate about eating disorder prevention and promoting body image resilience in young people. She loves working with families to foster healthy relationships with food and exercise. She aligns her treatment approach with the principles of Health at Every Size ® and Intuitive Eating.

Jessica also specializes in providing therapy for couples with relationship distress due to infidelity and other issues. She is a strong believer in the possibility of healing and growth from relationship struggles, and has helped couples from a wide variety of backgrounds to meet their goals.

Overall, Jessica strives to be transparent, honest, and caring in her work, inviting her clients to be active collaborators in the therapy process. Jessica’s treatment approach draws from Narrative Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotion Focused Therapy, and Internal Family Systems. Jessica is able to provide therapy in English and Spanish.
