Linda is passionate about applying her growing expertise to support individuals, couples, and families through their unique challenges.
Linda Ware is a dedicated therapy intern currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Capella University. Linda is passionate about applying her growing expertise to support individuals, couples, and families through their unique challenges. She approaches each client with empathy and an understanding of their individual life experience and believes that relationships are an important component of health.
Linda believes that therapists are experts of change, and clients are experts of their lives. Her work is rooted in client-centered, evidence-based practices that are tailored to meet the needs of each client. You can expect Linda to respect your beliefs, life choices, and to work with you as a teammate dedicated to helping you reach your goals for positive change and well-being.
Linda has developed a great skillset for working with a multitude of clients. Under the supervision of seasoned professionals, Linda helps clients address a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, couple and relationship dynamics, and family conflicts.
Linda’s goal for each session is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their concerns, strengthen their relationships, and develop effective coping strategies. Whether you’re seeking support for personal growth, marital or relational challenges, or family issues, Linda is here to help empower you to create and maintain lasting changes in your life.
When not doing therapy, Linda enjoys spending time with her spouse, two children, and their dog. She loves kayaking, hiking, and visiting their family cabin. She is a self-proclaimed foodie, crafter, comedy show attendee and is always looking for a next adventure to go on.
