Liz firmly believes everyone deserves to have a fulfilling life geared toward finding their best self.

Liz Consolati is an Associate Clinical Mental Health Counselor. Liz’s journey into the field began as an employment specialist for a local adult autism center where she fell in love with walking beside others through their challenges and achievements. She completed her clinical counseling experience with a local group practice where she conducted therapy with children, adolescents, and adults. Liz graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Iowa, and completed her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Colorado Christian University.

Liz is passionate about empowering and supporting her clients by integrating evidence-based techniques into sessions. She firmly believes everyone deserves to have a fulfilling life geared toward finding their best self. It is important that her clients feel honored, supported, and comfortable during their therapeutic journey. She strives for honest connection and understands that no two therapy sessions look the same, nor do our walks of life. Liz appreciates and values the professionals who have pioneered the field and continually follows research within the mental health community.

In her spare time, Liz enjoys spending time with her husband and two cats, cooking, and exercising.
