Tiffany helps individuals, couples, and families to accomplish their personal and relationship goals.

Tiffany Henline is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She received her Bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University and her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Northcentral University, a COAMFTE accredited program. Tiffany interned at a residential treatment center (RTC) in Utah, working with teens presenting with a variety of problems including anxiety, depression, substance abuse, self-esteem issues, abuse, and trauma. She ran a girl’s group at the RTC, empowering adolescent girls to have a strong sense of self, with topics such as body image, identity formation, emotional regulation, and healthy relationships.

Tiffany currently works with individuals, couples, and families and seeks to help them to explore and accomplish their personal and relationship goals. She enjoys working with teens and their families to help them improve their relationships, develop a strong sense of self, and manage mental health concerns. Tiffany works with women’s issues and provides a safe space for them to process and heal from trauma, and use their strengths and resources to live a fulfilling life. In her work with couples, Tiffany believes in the importance of building a secure attachment, where each partner is able to express vulnerable emotions, and build trust and commitment through improving their friendship and shared meaning. She utilizes evidence-based therapy approaches and interventions in a brief therapy process. Tiffany lives in Lehi, UT with her husband and their 4 children (3 teenagers).
