Tracey is a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. She recently graduated with a master of arts in marriage and family therapy from Northcentral University, and has a bachelor of arts degree from Northern Arizona University. Tracey has 14 years previous case management experience working with adults and their families who have struggled with substance abuse and mental health disorders such as bipolar, depression, and anxiety. She works to assist clients in making positive changes in their lives, making better choices, and developing healthy coping skills. Her approach to therapy is to join with clients where they are, provide a safe place for them to work through their challenges, and to explore ways they may experience life in a happier, more meaningful way. Developing positive communication skills and working toward strengthening relationships is a primary focus.
