Ali is a Associate Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to helping individuals and couples achieve strong, fulfilling relationships with themselves and others. She specializes in couples therapy, including a focus on premarital counseling, and provides dedicated support for individuals navigating anxiety.

Her clinical work is grounded in established, research-based models: Ali is Gottman Method informed, providing practical tools for effective communication and conflict management, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) informed, helping couples identify and shift destructive patterns to foster deeper emotional intimacy. She uses her insights into human connection to create a supportive space for individual growth and wellbeing.

Ali earned her undergraduate degree at Utah Valley University in communications and public speaking. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling with family and friends and spending time with her two children. Ali is excited to work with you to increase communication and create stronger, happier, healthier relationships.

As an associate, Ali practices under the supervision of Dr. Branden Henline.
