Autumn utilizes a trauma-informed, evidence-based approach to help individuals and families navigate life’s challenges and build lasting resilience.
Autumn Iverson is a Clinical Mental Health Counselor Intern dedicated to supporting individuals and families as they navigate life’s challenges and build resilience.
Autumn is currently completing her Master of Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Rocky Mountain University. With a trauma-informed, evidence-based approach, Autumn creates a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can process their stories, focus on their unique strengths, and achieve meaningful personal growth. Autumn believes everyone deserves to feel heard, empowered, and capable of thriving, no matter what they’ve faced.
Autumn’s journey in mental health began in 2021 as a hospital response team advocate with The Refuge, a shelter serving survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault in Utah and Wasatch Counties. As a Utah State Certified Survivor Advocate, Autumn provided immediate crisis intervention, emotional support, and compassionate advocacy—responding to hotline and
hospital calls to ensure survivors receive the care they need during traumatic moments. This hands-on experience deepened her commitment to helping people develop practical tools for managing difficult experiences and moving forward with strength.
As an intern, Autumn practices under the supervision of Julie Anderson, LCMHC. Outside of work, Autumn recharges by adventuring with family by hiking, skiing, camping, and exploring the beautiful outdoors of Utah.
