Connor utilizes an optimistic, existential approach along with CBT to help individuals and families drive cognitive growth and connect with their most authentic selves.
Connor is a Clinical Mental Health Counseling intern currently completing his Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling through Capella University. His professional background began in business sales, where he developed strong communication skills, relational awareness, and an appreciation for the impact of human behavior and motivation.
His transition into counseling reflects a long-standing passion for mental health that he has pursued through personal study and self-growth. He is committed to providing a supportive, collaborative space where individuals and families feel respected and understood. He approaches counseling with optimism, curiosity, and an existential approach to help clients realize their most authentic and capable selves, utilizing CBT as a primary tool for driving cognitive growth and lasting, meaningful change in clients.
When he’s not working, Connor spends his time with his wife and four kids, making and playing music, building models, enjoying movies, and helping out on their little hobby farm.
