Tiffany Winegar is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) who works with couples, families, and individuals seeking meaningful, lasting change in their relationships and emotional well-being. She specializes in relational issues and has extensive training and experience supporting adults through a wide range of concerns.

Tiffany is deeply passionate about her work and has helped many clients navigate the pain and complexity that often arise in relationships. With over a decade of clinical experience, she firmly believes that change is possible and that greater happiness and connection are within reach—even amid significant challenges.

Her therapeutic approach is grounded in attachment theory and tailored to each client’s unique strengths, needs, and goals. Tiffany integrates evidence-based modalities including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), the Gottman Method, Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Bowen Theory.

Before and during her graduate training, Tiffany was mentored by globally recognized researcher Dr. Julianne Holt-Lunstad, known for her groundbreaking work on the health effects of social connection, and served as a member of her research team. She also participated in additional health psychology research focusing on stress and emotional regulation. Tiffany earned her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from a nationally recognized program.

Originally from Southern California, Tiffany now lives in Draper, Utah with her husband and four children.
